Dr. Mustafa Din SubariĀ 

He was the Director of the Perdana Center of STI Policy Studies, Razak Faculty of Informatics Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, until his retirement in 2020. The Perdana Center is a public policy research center specializing in science, technology, and innovation policy. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at UTM. He served as Director General at the National Space Agency (ANGKASA), MOSTI, from 2008 – 2013. Among the projects he handled while at ANGKASA were the National Space Policy, the Malaysian Space Act, the Astronaut Program, the Malaysian Astronaut Foundation, and the development of the National Space Center in Banting. , Selangor. After serving at ANGKASA, he became CEO of Space College (2015-2016), an IPTS belonging to UTM. Dr. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Land Surveying from UTM (1983), a Master of Science (Geodetic Sciences) from Ohio State University (OSU) (1987) and a PhD in GPS Surveying from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) (1996).
